Anthony U – Ghostwriter

I am a published author, researcher, and freelance writer, with over a decade of experience in the publishing industry. My specialty is non-fiction, particularly biography and memoir. My books include acclaimed biographies of actors Jessica Lange, Lauren Bacall, and Ava Gardner, as well as an anthology of LGBTQ+ icons. My upcoming works include a book on Marilyn Monroe and the making of her final film, The Misfits, and a biography of actress Anita Ekberg. As a freelance journalist, I have written for numerous publications, including The Guardian, Vanity Fair, The Gay Times, and many others. I have also worked as a peer reviewer for Kentucky University Press. Having graduated with a master’s degree in film studies from one of the world’s top universities, I have a particular interest in cinema and anything involving popular culture.

I am excited to work on projects that involve personal histories framed within a larger cultural landscape. While entertainment biographies and memoirs are my main areas of interest, I am open to working within a variety of genres and exploring unconventional narratives.
