I am a cookbook collaborator, writer, and chef who has co-written seven cookbooks, including works with acclaimed chefs Hooni Kim, Homaru Cantu, Bryan Voltaggio, and Michael Voltaggio. An IACP award winner for culinary writing, I specialize in partnering with culinary professionals, influencers, food entrepreneurs to develop their voices and bring their visions to life.
