Adan Jimenez – Editor

I am an experienced developmental editor, mostly working in comics and graphic novels. I also have extensive experience as a line editor, proofreader, and localisation editor in comics, prose, and video games.

My editing style is to work closely with the creator and offer targeted suggestions in an attempt to make their work the best it can be.

I have also co-written 19 titles in a long-running Singaporean middle-grade mystery series, and am working on my first comic, to be published in 2026. One of my short stories is included in anthology of best new Singaporean short stories. I am also an early career Spanish-to-English translator, and one of my translations of a Mexican short story was published in a European science fiction journal.

I read a lot of comics and play a lot of video games in my free time.
