Noopur Thakur – Designer

Hi, I'm Noopur — a professional children's illustrator and surface pattern designer based in England bringing over 12 years of industry experience to your publishing project. Having collaborated with leading global publishers—including Ladybird (Random House), Hachette Children's Group, and Collins (Big Cat)—I specialize in creating premium, market-ready artwork that stands out on competitive bookshelves.

With a foundational background in textile design, my illustration style is defined by a unique blend of playful storytelling, vibrant colour palettes, and rich decorative detail. I create warm, whimsical worlds and expressive characters for picture books, educational publications, puzzles, and licensed products.

When you partner with me, you are investing in traditional-publishing standards. I ensure your book is flawlessly formatted to strict technical print specifications, seamlessly balancing artistic storytelling with commercial appeal. I love collaborating with authors and publishers who are passionate about bringing high-quality, memorable books to life.
