I would love to design the perfect cover or art for your book!
My professional background:
I am a freelance graphic designer and work with clients around the world on all kinds of projects, particularly book cover design, illustration, and branding. I graduated from Boston University with three degrees: Master of Science in Advertising with a focus on Art Direction, Bachelor of Arts in History, and a Bachelor of Science in Film and Television. Given my degrees I have a thorough understanding of advertising, marketing, history, and the entertainment industries and love designing work for these genres. I am also very passionate about designing covers and art for fiction novels which pairs very well with my passion for drawing the unusual and bizarre.
I have academic and professional experience in The United States, The United Kingdom, Australia, and across Europe. Because of this I am very aware of international aesthetic preferences and can make sure your book is as appealing as possible to your readers around the world!
My personal background:
I was born in Belgium and raised in the United States, speak 5 languages, and have the greatest dog in the world. When I'm not designing I like knitting, baking cookies, restoring old photos, trying desperately not to kill my plants, and buying too many books to realistically ever be able to finish.
Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Brackets, Muse, and After Effects.
Cover design, digital illustration, digital painting, photo manipulation, typography, and hand lettering.
I can also clap with one hand and teach you how to hypnotize a lobster.

During my study abroad in Sydney I interned at FanDependent, a distribution company for Australian filmmakers. I conducted market research, created mood boards for web designs, created time lines for film launch campaigns, assisted in launch planning, and created designs on Photoshop for the FanDependent PR campaign.
My first study abroad experience was in Los Angeles, where I worked at Mike Mathis Productions for several months on a show called "Blood Relatives." I worked with producers and writers, assisted in the research of cases for new episodes, pitched potential stories, and wrote casting sides.
