Kat Lewis

Kat Lewis – Editor

I work with business, management, self-development and memoir authors to refine their messaging and storytelling.

Overview

I've been working as a freelance editor for over ten years, supporting business, self-development and memoir authors. Over 40 of the author's I've worked with have gone on to become Amazon bestsellers in their categories. Several have been shortlisted for the UK's Business Book Awards too.

I'm an empathetic and collaborative editor. I love learning about each author's specialism and working closely with them to refine their book's content and make it the best it can be. I like to build a strong working relationship with an author, getting to know you and providing encouragement and support as well as guidance and challenge when necessary. I'll help you focus on your ideal reader to ensure your book delivers the results you're looking for.

Marc Woods, author of Best Teams, wrote this in his acknowledgements: “For her editing and writing skills, Kat Lewis has been a delight to work with, joining forces with me when I wasn’t entirely sure I wanted to write again. Without Kat, I would appear much less erudite.”
