Congratulations! By now you're well on your way to completing your book. Maybe you're writing about a business solution, a meta analysis of psychiatric disorders, your meticulous notes on your father's descent into dementia, or your dysfunctional relationship with your neighbor's cat. I'd love to help you on the last steps your journey.I've been a copy editor for an academic book publisher for over a decade and have worked on over 60 nonfiction books as well as business reports and journal articles. I edit for punctuation, grammar, style, and consistency and, if you want to go deeper, I love digging in with my developmental editing claws, to trim the fat, so to speak, to help you organize and tone your message.Perhaps you're venturing into fiction or screenplays. I go there. I love story. I am a fan of structure—setting the bones to hang the meat off of—and I have a great ear for dialogue. I'm also interested in health and wellness, especially yoga—I'm an avid practitioner of the Ashtanga lineage.
