Heike Jane Zimmermann – Designer

My name is Jane (officially Heike, but I go by my middle name) and I am an illustrator for children's books and science communication, based in Norway.

I love bringing quirky characters and stories to life. I mostly create my little worlds digitally, but I also enjoy drawing by hand using watercolours, ink and other materials.

I work with authors and publishers from the UK, US, New Zealand, Norway and many more. I also work with universities to translate their educational and scientific work into engaging and inspirational content for children.

I’ve created many books and tools for children and know how to make working together an enjoyable and stress-free project.

If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a message or schedule a call so we can get to know each other better ;)

I speak English, Norwegian and German
