Finn Dean – Designer

Hello, I'm Finn and I love making book covers. I have over twenty years experience working with publishers in a variety of genres but I especially love working with crime and mystery; something with a brooding atmosphere especially with a hardboiled detective guzzling coffee while it perpetually rains. I'm something of a hybrid designer and love making children's covers too.

I offer an original interpretation of a client led brief taking into account the genre, target audience and subject. My goal is to make eyecatching covers that make your eyes tingle with curiosity, I want to make your book pop with anticipation and to entice a potential reader to turn the cover or click that link. I live in the sunny seaside of Worthing in the UK, where you will find me drinking hot coffee, munching on some damn fine cherry pie and watching Twin Peaks for the twentieth time.
