With a dozen book-length translations from the French published in the US and UK, I am an experienced literary translator eager to share my industry expertise with authors and publishers. I work with both fiction and nonfiction and am particularly interested in bringing works from historically underrepresented groups to the broadest possible readership.

My in-depth understanding of the French language and culture mean I deliver translations that are faithful to your original style and meaning. If your text flows naturally, so will the English; if it's unique or arresting, the English will be, too. English-speaking readers will come away with the same sort of impression French-speaking readers got from the original.

When translating, I also rely on the excellent research and critical thinking skills I developed over the course of my many year sin academia in both France and the US.
