Overview
I am not only a tested proofreader and copy editor, I am also a published author of both fiction and nonfiction. My favourite tools are the Chicago Manual of Style, the Oxford Unabridged Dictionary, and a red pencil. I also use the Flip Dictionary to add depth to any work. My strengths include an obsessive attention to detail, the ability to ferret out facts and research, never missing a deadline, and rising to the challenge of rush jobs. I am comfortable with both American and British English spellings. I have assisted editing a work written by a foreign-language writer, for both syntax and grammar.My passion is language, both the written and spoken word, and my avocation is to make every work to best it can be.

I am currently at work on a twelve-book novel series set in ancient Egypt.
