My professional expertise is also based on my academic background: I hold a BSc in nutrition and food business, a MSc in Rural Development, Food Marketing and Co-operative Organisation and an PhD in agricultural economics.
As a typical German I take deadlines absolutely seriously – and being half Italian I absolutely enjoy life during the rest of my life (those moments where the next deadline is not close yet).
