Camille Pazdej – Translator

After studying for four years in Italy (Florence and Milan) and working for 10 months in Panini Comics (Modena) as editorial coordinator, I am now bilingual in Italian and passionate about Italian language and culture. I am also fluent in English, because I studied it for many years and travelled a lot. I always loved reading and one of my dreams was to translate books to share wonderful stories and knowledge with french readers.

I decided to start my activity as a freelance translator and proofreader and I had the opportunity to translate books from Italian and English into French (my native language). I work currently with different French and Italian publishing houses and agencies. They trust me to deliver high quality translations by the deadlines requested. To date, I have translated children's books, illustrated books dealing with photography, cooking, movies, comics and guide books of Venice Doge's Palace and Murano Glass Museum.

I am looking for new translation missions and I would like to enlarge my horizons and open up to other fields as litterature, art and history books for example, as I am very curious of everything and always wish to learn more.
