Rosie Eyre – Translator

Literary translator from French and Spanish, a former mentee of the National Centre for Writing’s Emerging Translator Mentorship Programme 2020-21 and winner of Third Prize in the 2021 John Dryden Translation Competition. An avid linguist and lifelong bookworm, passionate about bringing the literatures of the French- and Spanish-speaking worlds to the Anglosphere!

I have collaborated with a range of publishers, arts organisations and authors in the English, French and Spanish-speaking markets, and always work closely and conscientiously with clients to ensure the final translation is delivered on time and on brief. My translations to date include fiction and non-fiction titles for both adults and younger readers, and I will always give an honest and accurate assessment of whether a project falls within my expertise and the time required, meaning you can be assured of a high-quality translation that reaches you well on schedule.
