All of our authors receive the very best service. This begins with a conversation to understand the scope of the project, the author's goals and timeline. Then we move into the follow phases to implement the strategies:
PLANNING PHASE
* Create and implement a plan to help you identify, communicate with and expand your target audience.
* Enhance any existing book marketing strategies, goals or marketing plan. We will help you create a timeline to roll out and monitor for each segment of the program. You will learn PROVEN strategies and the best way to set yourself up for success.
* Implement a brand cohesiveness strategy across all platforms to help followers and customers identify your work/brand.
SETUP PHASE
* Initiate our Amazon Optimization Program to enhance existing content and features for the book product page. This includes enhancing the metadata for all versions of the book with online resellers including the description, author bio, images, book categories, BISAC subject heading codes, content flow, consistency and the use of SEO best practices to attract organic readers.
* Set up all features to support the book and discuss any appropriate programs within Amazon that will benefit you to include AMS advertising platform and analytics.
ONLINE MARKETING PHASE
* Create a book review strategy to roll out before and after the book release date. We will help you get book reviews through our network of current and past authors and vetted book review companies.
* Perform a website review, and make recommendations on how to improve this important tool. This includes collaborating on the appropriate blog writing strategies, SEO best practices, guest blogging and guest hosting opportunities to increase visibility.
* Strategize which social media platforms are best for you to use and how to maximize social media for book promotion. This includes training you on how to effectively use these platforms without getting overwhelmed, how to write posts and tweets, best practices and efficiency tools. We will create and send out a series of tweets about your book through our organic followers and influencers.
* Educate you on starting and growing an email list.
* Help you create, implement or enhance a YouTube strategy to promote your book, message, and brand.
TRADITIONAL BOOK MARKETING PHASE
* Provide a list of distributors and resellers appropriate for your book and coach you on the best way to get them interested in your book. We will contact our resellers on your behalf and introduce your book.
* Collaborate and educate you on which traditional book marketing strategies to use for increasing sales and awareness. We will discuss and help you get the most out of opportunities with local media, bookstores, specialty shops, distributors, book clubs, trade shows, alumni and industry events.
COMMUNICATION/ FOLLOW UP
* Schedule phone consultations during the project to keep you updated.
* Be available to coach you, answer questions and support you during and after this program
* Offer you a 6-month follow-up on marketing activities.

Projects
Stress Free Kids Titles
We wrote and self-published these award winning books, CDs and lesson plans. We created all of the marketing and distribution for these titles both in the U.S. and abroad. We have sold them at trade shows, industry events, and other venues. We penetrated the military and create a plain to supply these titles to military families worldwide. We sold the rights to some titles to publishers in Japan, Turkey, South Korea and Portugal.
Over the past 12 years we have tried almost every marketing strategy and have learned what it takes to be a successful author. We were instrumental at gaining media attention, creating a Wikipedia presence as well as appearing on ABC's Shark Tank season 1.
Hidden Treasures in Secret Places: Words of Wisdom for Everyday Life
This author is the sister of rocker, Sammy Hagar. She came to us with a published book and wanted help getting her book and message in video format on YouTube. We created an account and headers for all of her social media accounts. We edited video and formatted them to get the most out of social media promotions. We created and ran a promotion to bring awareness to her book and increased her Facebook and YouTube presence. We are working on several FaceBook ad campaigns to increase followers and drive book sales.
The Secret Club Series
We helped this author self-publish 3 books through IngramSpark and have just begun implementing a book marketing strategy. We are working on getting reviews for all three books, approaching specialty resellers interested in carrying and promoting these titles and training the author on running book events they have within the next two weeks.
Rusty Under the Western Skies: A Rusty the Ranch Horse Tale
We initially did an assessment for this author on her 3 books to help her understand why they were not selling. The assessment revealed several areas that we improved. One area was enhancing her metadata including BISAC codes. We then preceded to help her get more reviews through our network of authors as well as industry blog and review companies. We trained her on the best way to present and sell her titles at horse shows and events. This resulted in selling hundreds to books over a 3 month period. We continue to work with her on increasing her distribution through industry related resellers.
Hoofen Floofen Island: A Children's Imagination Story
This author hired us to bring this book to life in honor of her deceased daughter. We created a business plan and timeline to roll out this strategy. We created a review strategy which resulted in gaining an additional 20 reviews. We helped her reach her target audience using social media and trained the author on creating the most affective tweets/posts and memes. With a pre-publication strategy in place this author sold over 100 books during that time and improved her ranking on Amazon.
Unleash Possible: A Marketing Playbook That Drives B2B Sales
We helped this author self-publish her book and position it for proper distribution. We coached this author on marketing strategies and monitored the work she did on her own. Our team helped her create the proper description and bio for metadata assisting in her pre-release strategy. The release of her book has helped increase customer contacts for her consulting business.
