Historian by training. I pursued my curriculum in Genoa, Bologna, and the United States. In 2018, I co-authored the book What Is the History of Emotions? (Polity Press), recently translated into several foreign languages, including Japanese. I am bilingual and have been a freelance writer, editor, and translator since 2011.
