Overview
I was born and raised in Germany. I have been living there for over 30 years until I moved to the United States 10 years ago, where I currently reside. This gives me the advantage of speaking both languages fluently and actively. Especially in Novels it is very important to transfer the right impressions and feelings to capture the reader. Common sayings in English might not make any sense in German. A mere translation of the text is not appropriate.
Over the past 5 years I have translated more than 250 novels into German, including all kind of Romance (with explicit and steamy content), Thriller, Mystery, Horror, and more. Some series contain 10-15 books. And as you can see in the work shown below the ratings on Amazon for books that I translated are around 4.5 stars.

In my contract as a freelancer with Lukeman Literary Management I have worked mostly on Thriller or Mystery Novels. This includes books of the authors like Blake Pierce, Rylie Dark, and Kate Bold. I have worked on at least 15 books with them.
Self-employed
At MBK Hanson I translated various authors. They're usually Russian Mafia Romance Novels consisting of 2 or more books per series. I have worked on at least 25 books with them so far.
I translated the full series of Romance Novels for K. C. Crowne. This included Mountain Men, which comprised of 15 books, and Doctors of Denver (currently working on book 14). Another Series, Bratva Billionaire, will most-likely start after that.
