I've been proofreading practically my whole life. Since 2019 I've focused on copy editing ebooks, specializing in historical fiction.

I. Love. Words. I have an excellent command of the English language as well as organizational and time-management skills.

I have been proofreading throughout my corporate life but gravitated toward proofreading and copyediting ebooks six years ago after picking up my first ebook and noticing a definite need to clean up the writing. I have worked on over 24 books, including one that received a Book Excellence Award. Having studied languages, I am comfortable working with English, dialects, Romance languages, and even some German. Most importantly, my language background helps me understand an author's voice - your voice - and I will work with you to perfect your writing.
