Margaret Gray

Margaret Gray – Editor

Hi there! I am a fiction and non-fiction editor based in London. Please feel free to reach out.

Overview

With years of in-house experience editing and reading at Penguin Random House and HarperCollins UK, I know what it takes to make a book stand out.

From the earliest stages of writing and developing your book (or your idea for one!), to structural and line edits, right up to pitching your book to agents and editors, I will help you make sure your submission gets to the top of the pile.

I have worked with many award-winning authors and Sunday Times bestsellers across genres and markets. I am experienced in editing both fiction and narrative non-fiction, and can also help with pitching more proposition-led non-fiction.

I don't work on YA, Fantasy, Science Fiction or Children's Books.

I'm a warm, friendly editor who loves helping people achieve their writing goals, whatever they may be.

Please do reach out if you would like any more info.

Very best
Margaret
