I've spent 15+ years as a children's book editor, working with authors and illustrators to create books that will help kids and teens fall in love with reading, see themselves in great stories, and find windows to new experiences and points of view. I also have experience in romance and general fiction, and working at editorial and publishing director level. I have a passion for strategy and positioning, and have spoken extensively at conferences and university programs about US publishing market topics. I have been to countless editorial and acquisitions meetings and know when writers are on the right track.
