Hi,

I am Farah and as far as I can remember I have always loved stories. And English. So it did not come as a surprise when I decided to study English and then literary translation. I graduated in 2014 (Master degree in Literary Translation from English to French, Université d'Avignon). In 2015, I translated my very first book: the bestseller "Circus Mirandus" by Cassie

Beasley. Since then, I have worked for famous French publishers (Auzou, Glénat, Fleurus, Milan-as a reader). I also translate and proofread movies and webtoons. I work on various genres, but I am specialized in fantasy literature.

I love discovering new worlds through the writer's eyes, working and discussing the best way, the best word, to match his/her voice and tone. That is why I like fantasy and sci-fi literature best: the translator has to be creative as well as thorough to render a good translation.
