Eleonora Maggi – Translator

I'm a native Italian speaker translating from English and Portuguese (PT/BR) to Italian. Before living in Milano, I lived in Lisbon, where I mixed my passion for foreign languages with my other interests, specializing in Literature, Video games, and Audiovisual Translation. I'm a Certified Translator from Linguist Training, an Accredited Examination Centre for the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CioL), and the Certified PRO Network.

I grew up surrounded by books, and working with literature is the fulfillment of a dream. I learned how to write, translate, and review contemporary novels. I promise the authors the production of an excellent literary piece, maintaining the original tone of the book, and accomplishing the localization to my country. If allowed to, I can also provide tips on presenting the books most engagingly.

I'm an expert in translating books with erotic/explicit scenes, violence, romance, and paranormal elements. Recently, I've been exploring narrative video games and children's books.
