Overview

I am friendly, task focused and love engaging with words. I have helped many authors who now have their books in print and for sale, and I have more in the pipeline. Subjects covered so far have been incredibly varied covering aspects of science, politics, sociology, humanities and the arts. I also work on theses, dissertations, journal articles and individual book chapters to shape them for publication. Styles covered (but not limited to) include Chicago, APA, MLA and Harvard. I work with clients from all over the world to prepare their manuscripts for publishing. Since 2020, I've helped authors from India, Ukraine, America, the Czech Republic, Ghana, Bangladesh, China, Taiwan and Romania, to name a few. This is copy editing 'extra,' where I not only check grammar, spelling and punctuation but also help the authors express themselves in meaningful English.

I have helped 50+ authors get their books to typesetting for publication. The majority do not have English as their first language, and I have worked with them to create manuscripts in meaningful English that are also grammatically correct; help is also given for spelling, punctuation and syntax, verb/subject agreements and a consistent tense. All work is carefully kept in your 'voice.'
