Overview
I'm a literary translator with more than 20 years of experience, working for traditional publishing houses such as Harper Collins. I specialize in contemporary fiction (psychological thrillers, mystery and suspense books being among my favorites) and non-fiction works that include topics such as drugs and addictions, current affairs, wellbeing and self-help.
As a passionate avid reader and aspiring author myself, I always dive into my translations determined to convey the message the author wants to deliver. I make sure to handle each story with the care it deserves, so that nothing gets lost in translation (well, almost nothing, because, you know... some things just can't be helped.)
Needless to say, I commit myself to meeting deadlines and proofreading my translations. I'm also flexible, detail-oriented and open to feedback.
I'm on the lookout for new projects to engage in and learn from; books that pick my interest and keep me turning pages, for it's always thrilling to work on something you are excited about.
