During my 40 years of indexing and publishing experience, I have created more than 150 back-of-the-book indexes for various publishers, book packagers, and authors. Books I've indexed cover history, popular culture, arts and crafts, writing, design, psychology, education, sports, sociology, biography, and more. Basically, give me a book and I'll provide you with a useful and accurate index in a short time.

As a former full-time book publishing professional, I know the importance of a good index not only to the reader, but also to the publisher’s and/or author's marketing efforts.

Also, in my many years of editorial and production experience, I learned that in addition to content and accuracy, the speed in which an index is compiled is a prime concern. Knowing that a late index can delay a book’s publication, I have never missed a deadline.
