I am a children's book editor, previously employed with Puffin Books, based in India. I have been the editor on several award-winning books such as The Jungle Radio and Across the Line and critically-acclaimed books such as Jamlo Walks, Unearthed and Friends Behind Walls among others. I have collaborated with authors such as Ruskin Bond, Sudha Murty, Deepak Dalal, Subhadra Sen Gupta, Bijal Vaccharajani and more. I now work with Pratham Books where I edit path-breaking picture books for readers of varying age groups and with differing comprehension levels. My strengths lie in assessing proposals and structurally editing manuscripts to get them pitch-ready for publishers.
