Advised on marketing, publicity and packaging for titles prior to publication.

Presentation of Faber and Faber and Faber Factory Plus list to key UK retail accounts including Amazon, Waterstones and WH Smith.

Preparation of sales analysis including internal reports and UK market trends utilising Nielsen Bookscan data.

Regular involvement in the acquisition process. Reading manuscripts and liaising with the editorial team, particularly within crime and literary fiction genres.

Responsibility for day to day strategy, direction and performance of the head office fiction buying team across all fiction genres, both backlist and new titles.

Tasked with the creation and maintenance of company-wide backlist range across all adult genres.
