I am a copyeditor and proofreader based in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. A former editor at Dorling Kindersley, Igloo Books, and Bonnier Publishing, I have also written for The Sunday Times Magazine, Time Out, ELLE UK, and more.

My short stories and novels have been shortlisted for the Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize '22, the Caledonia Novel Award '23, and the Emerging Writer Award '20.

My industry knowledge is vast – both from years of working in book publishing and also being on the other side of this, as a writer. I understand the effort, commitment and sacrifice that goes into building and crafting worlds and characters. Not to mention the challenges writers face and how many of us need accountability and encouragement to get the words down!
