Natalia Aponte

Natalia Aponte – Editor

I'm a fiction editor happily obsessed with words and story from a Big Four house. Thrillers, crime and historical fiction are my jam.

Overview

I’m a seasoned publishing executive with more than 15 years of experience, most spent at Macmillan/Tor books, a Big Four publishing house in Manhattan. I’ve had the thrill of editing several New York Times and USA Today bestsellers and my books have received excellent reviews from both trade magazines and general periodicals.

I have broad publishing industry knowledge having worked at book distributors and wholesalers, my own a literary agency and, my favorite of all, a bookstore. I’m experienced at speaking about and teaching writing at writer’s conferences and workshops across the country. And I’d like to help you find solutions to your writing issues!

Testimonials from Published Writers I’ve Worked With

“Natalia is a gifted editor with an exceptionally good eye for knowing where and (just as importantly) where not to intervene in a manuscript. she has always gotten the best out of my writing, and I would never have published thirteen novels without her guidance and insight." - Daniel Kalla, International Bestselling Author of Pandemic, The Far Side Of the Sky, and The Darkness In The Light
