Overview
As a freelance translator, I specialize in creative material such as graphic novels (300 + books translated for top publishers in France and the U.S; winner of a Will Eisner Award), screenplays, general fiction and romance novels.
My favorite material is dialogue-driven with a strong dose of humor. I will make your prose jump off the page and give it a natural flow that won't feel translated. My goal as a translator is to make the text sound authentic and believable, while remaining true to the author's voice.
I am also the writer of a humorous and gritty crime novel entitled HIGH CRIMES, which has received a lot of positive reviews and was selected twice as one of Kirkus Magazine's books of the year in the indie category. Being a writer myself has given me a strong sense of language and been a great asset when it comes to translating creative content.
