Kelly Hargrave – Ghostwriter

I write and develop kid, tween, and teen picture, non-fiction, activity, and novelty books that are sold at book stores and Scholastic Book Fairs around the world. Most recently, I have worked with National Geographic, LEGO (LEGO Movie 2 and Jurassic World), Scholastic, Moose (Shopkins), Hasbro (My Little Pony), and Nickelodeon (Shimmer and Shine).

Reporting directly to V.P. of Product, I am the coordinator for the Category Management Team that buys all product (books, activities, stationery and school supplies) for Scholastic Book Fairs across the nation. My duties include: editing, writing and designing newsletters and manuals that highlight seasonal products and upcoming trends; planning major events and presentations; coordinating feedback on potential books and products; and assisting in the development and review of products.
