Overview

A publishing consultant and freelance editor, Jenny Hutton works with a variety of different clients from the major publishing houses to start-up digital lists. Her work varies from helping best-selling authors shape their latest manuscripts to discovering exciting new talent. Previous to this Jenny managed Harlequin’s mainstream women’s fiction list and the UK publishing strategies of best-selling authors such as Debbie Macomber and Diane Chamberlain. She has also worked on a wide variety of genre fiction and has spoken at the RWA, RWOZ and RNA conferences. Her broad editorial experience encompasses women’s fiction, historical fiction, crime/ thriller, young adult, romance and erotica.

Managed the highest grossing global romance series - in UK and NA markets - and developed global editorial strategy.
