Overview
I specialize in content and recipes for specific diets, such as Paleo, keto, gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, etc. I've developed and co-authored three cookbooks with health and fitness expert Mark Sisson, a leading voice in the Paleo/Primal movement. For almost a decade I've developed recipes and written content for, one of the leading websites dedicated to the Paleo/Primal movement. I've also contributed to healthy-eating websites such as Paleo Magazine and Organic Authority.
As a culinary school graduate with years of experience in restaurants, speciality food shops and wine stores, I'm also well-versed on a wide variety of other culinary topics. I've ghostwritten a book about French cheese, and wrote extensively about cheese as the Cheese Expert for The Spruce (formerly About. com) from 2007 to 2016.
In addition to working on long form book projects, I also write shorter pieces like blog posts, website content, and newsletters.
