Wordstitch Editorial Services
Project manager, copy-editor and proofreader of non-fiction working with top global publishers as well as businesses, charities, and individual authors and self-publishers. Author of the highly praised blog "Editing Mechanics" (see my website).
I work quickly and with great dedication to making your text the best it can be. I leave no stone unturned in my revisions and yet always employ my years of experience and judgement, never making unnecessary changes and always following my client’s brief. As a project manager I also commission freelancers, so I have an unusual perspective on what clients need from freelancers and how best to deliver it. The feedback I receive from my clients is always superb.
My portfolio of projects ranges from single-page articles and website copy to multi-volume encyclopaedias written by teams of hundreds of authors. My specialisms include history, literature, genealogy, culture, media and the social sciences, but I have broad experience of non-fiction humanities and social sciences subjects.
My website has lots more information, including testimonials and a portfolio.
