Philip Harris

Philip Harris – Designer

Illustrator skilled in both traditional and digital techniques. My work is inspired by vintage illustrations.

Overview

I am an illustrator and owner of grumpy chihuahuas based in the southwest of the UK. I have been working in the industry for the last 14 years and have collaborated with a variety of publishers on both fiction and non-fiction projects. I specialize in traditional illustration techniques, including pen and ink and printmaking, which I was inspired to pursue after discovering some of my grandfather's old materials. My preferred subjects are nature, folklore, supernatural and historical narratives.
