Overview

I’m an enthusiastic and creative editor of children’s books with eight years’ experience. I started my career in publishing at Michael O’Mara, followed by Faber and Faber. I now work at Macmillan Children’s Books where I’ve been editing bestselling authors and illustrators for the last five years.

I’ve completed several proofreading and copyediting courses (The Publishing Training Centre) and, with structural editing a key part of my day job, I’m well equipped to advise on any stage of a book’s journey; from shaping a story to perfecting the spelling and grammar.
