Georgie Hewitt

Georgie Hewitt – Designer

I'm a freelance Art Director and Book Designer with nearly 20 years experience within the Publishing Industry.

Overview

I've worked across a huge variety of genres from Popular Culture, Fashion, Food & Drink, Maritime and Military History, Mind, Body & Spirit and Art.

I pride myself on delivering a fresh approach to Editorial Design, Typography and Art Direction. It's about collaborating, each brief is taken on its own merits, taking the time to listen to the needs of each client to understand the content in order to deliver the right solution for that project.

As well as producing books across such diverse publishers such as Watkins Media Ltd, Pavilion Books, Conway and Thames and Hudson I've had the privilege to work with the Imperial War Museum, National Maritime Museum, BBC and the RNLI.
