Created, edited, and regularly contributed to RLM’s bi-weekly newsletter. Formed communication programs for clients seeking to effectively reach audiences through on-message PR tactics including media relations, social media, events, third-party endorsements, and media training.

Oversaw additional of broadcast data to MediaMap data set and managed acquisition of. Edited bi-monthly online newsletter; grew subscriber base to over 22,000 communication professionals. Responsible for product management, marketing plans, collateral development, and staffing.
