RLM Public Relations

Responsible for driving the growth of RLM’s client base, agency promotion, the enhancement of offerings, and designing and managing PR programs for clients such as Penguin and Barnes & Noble. Created, edited, and regularly contributed to RLM’s bi-weekly newsletter. Formed communication programs for clients seeking to effectively reach audiences through on-message PR tactics including media relations, social media, events, third-party endorsements, and media training.

MediaMap (now Cision)

Feb, 2000 — Mar, 2003 (about 3 years)

Managed this profitable division in the development and marketing of online research tools for journalists and PR professionals through its genesis to more than 50,000 unique users per month. Oversaw additional of broadcast data to MediaMap data set and managed acquisition of. Edited bi-monthly online newsletter; grew subscriber base to over 22,000 communication professionals. Responsible for product management, marketing plans, collateral development, and staffing.
