I'm a creative, collaborative, seasoned children's book editor with extensive experience developing picture books, board books, novelties, early readers, chapter books, and non-fiction. I've worked with brands from Disney, to Nick, Dreamworks, Jim Henson and Hasbro and have held positions at Scholastic, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Readers Digest and Tiger Tales. As Executive Editor at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, I oversaw the stewardship of classic brands including Curious George, Gossie and Friends, Little Blue Truck, and The Little Prince. I expanded the footprint of the company's rich backlist through innovative formats, grew existing brands with on-trend titles, acquired creative new titles, and on-boarded several new partnerships. I was also responsible for starting an IP program, launching new series and titles inspired by media and educational trends.
