Overview
Hired as a copy editor on the college newspaper my first week of freshman year, the rest is history. Since then I've edited more than fifty books, including fiction, arts, photography, cooking, travel, design, and the list goes on. I'm well-versed in proofreading, copy editing, line editing, developmental editing, and any other type of editing you might prefer. Or maybe you need an index? Happy to handle that.
I've also written two published family travel guides, book reviews for The Kansas City Star newspaper, and three—almost four—novel manuscripts (waiting for the day I buckle down to make revisions).
Proud to have worked on dozens of popular titles, including THE COURT OF MEDB, EAMES: BEAUTIFUL DETAILS, SPIKE by Spike Lee, ALEXANDER GIRARD by Todd Oldham, and CHARLEY HARPER: AN ILLUSTRATED LIFE.
I'm the proud mama to two goofy girls, amateur kayaker, movie addict, and owner of more books than my husband would prefer.
If you're ready to collaborate, I'm ready to help you move forward. Whether it's baby steps or giant leaps for mankind, let's polish your piece and make it sing.
