Since I was five years old, I have been looking for the mistakes in writing. Now I see them everywhere I go, even in books that have several editions under their belts!
I have worked in the publishing industry for my entire career, with a heavy emphasis on refining and perfecting manuscripts on the way to becoming books. I have managed and copyedited or proofread over 100 titles over 5+ years, in genres ranging from fantasy to poetry, from comic books to survival guides. The more challenging the project (cookbooks), the better!
Both professionally and through my degree in Communication, I have edited and written copy for marketing materials, presentations, and websites. Additionally, I have copyedited syndicated features including crosswords, advice columns, and comic strips.
