Overview

I have been an editor in K-12 educational materials, textbooks, ancillary material, and online programs for the last 18 years. Before that I had 6 years of classroom experience in Chicago schools. I've written so many lessons I can't remember them all. The most recent project was a K-5 textbook series (Nystrom Young Citizen) that used comics along with more traditional sources to create a fun student experience.

Recent projects have included:
Nystrom Young Citizen- K-5 social studies program including text books, ancillary readers, activity cards, hands-on lessons, and group projects based on service learning.
Oklahoma History Project- 10th grade assessment series based on primary source learning.
