Overview
I can offer a range of editorial services, from initial manuscript reviewal through developmental editing (making sure the bones and structure of your manuscript are as strong and clear as can be so that your ideas shine out the way you want them to), copy editing (getting your work ready for publication, including correcting grammar, spelling, and formatting to make sure your manuscript is to a top professional standard), and proofreading (making sure everything is as it should be before your finished work makes its way out into the world).
My initial experience in the industry began in literary and translation publishing, but since then I've expanded into other territories, working with major international publishers to produce books in genres as diverse as YA, politics and sociology, cookery, art criticism, self-help, and autobiography, as well as branching out into magazine editing.
Whatever level your work is at now, whether you're looking for an in-depth working relationship with an experienced and professional development editor or simply for someone to help you put on the final finishing touches before your book goes to the presses, I'm looking forward to working with you to get your words before readers, and in a manner that suits your publication schedule and budget.
