I am an expert web designer and developer, working with clients to perfect their dream website. I mainly work with Wordpress, but I'm happy to use whatever tool you're most comfortable working with.I enjoy a challenge and love to create unique websites that really meet your needs. One of my favourite bits of the job is getting to know you and how we can best work together.In my 8 years of industry experience, I've been involved in a range of projects; from building bespoke websites, creating cool sites in Wordpress or achieving the impossible(!): pixel perfect email newsletters! Before retraining to become a web developer, I started my career in marketing for a children's book publisher (Templar Publishing). This gave me the opportunity to combine my love of books with my love of all things digital! Front-end development of websites and landing pages for a range of high profile clients. Projects completed include: an interactive quiz built with React to help the branding team of a well known international bank disseminate information to their internal marketing teams; a Wordpress e-commerce site with a custom app for creating bespoke greetings cards; customers upload artwork, make on-screen amends and on completion of their order print-ready artwork is sent to the printer. Integrating APIs, writing function specs and creating database schemas. Creating bespoke Wordpress themes and plugins. Developing HTML emails and liaising with third-party agencies to deliver assets.
