Freelance Writer and Editor Specializing in Middle-Grade and Young-Adult Fiction

Overview

I am a detail-oriented fiction editor with a passion for the written word. With a master's degree in English and fifteen-plus years of experience in editing, writing, and teaching English, I can help you create an error-free manuscript that readers won't want to put down.

I have served as an editor or writer for many publications and institutions, including Break Magazine, NC State University's alumni magazine, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the TelWare Corporation, and IngramElliot Publishing.

For over ten years, I was also an award-winning English and creative-writing teacher; I have taught all levels, from elementary school to college.
