About me

With over 20 years in the literary translation industry, I have had the privilege of working on award-winning fiction and bestsellers. I am dedicated to bringing stories to new audiences while preserving what makes them unique.

My expertise lies in capturing the essence of an author’s voice, ensuring that tone, style, and nuance carry naturally into the target language.

I have worked with several traditional publishers and have been invited to speak at the London Book Fair, where I guided fellow professionals through the intricacies of literary translation.

Based in Brittany, France, I am also deeply committed to animal welfare and run a charitable organisation, Les Puces. I am a solo mother to an incredible daughter, balancing family life with my passion for books.

And occasionally, I step on stage as the singer in a 5-piece rock band, where I briefly pretend I’m not 47.
