I'm a professional editor with over 10 years' experience in copy-editing and proofreading. I have worked in-house with publishers as well as remotely from home. I collaborate closely with first-time authors, critiquing and developing their manuscripts and with seasoned and successful self-published authors.

For major UK publishing houses I have sensitively – yet, with authority – copy-edited and proofread a broad range of titles from celebrity biography to self-help, art, holiday reads and memoir. I have updated annual business guides and reference books; even researched and added entries to dictionaries of computing, management and technology.

My fiction titles have ranged from erotica and beach reads to women’s literature, crime and adventure – even the odd Western and zombie novel.
