Adam Newell

Adam Newell – Editor

Editor and Project Manager, with over 20 years' experience in non-fiction illustrated books, especially film, TV, and comics.

Overview

I'm an editor and project manager with over 20 years' experience, mainly in large format illustrated books covering film, tv, comics, cult entertainment and genre publishing. More recent titles include The Art of the B-Movie Poster, and the World Fantasy Award-winning The Art of Horror. I've also worked as a writer on movie making of/art books.

I've worked on licensed publishing with most of the major movie studios, and am used to big projects with lots of contributors. I've edited a lot of wonderful books with a lot of great people over the years, but if I had to choose just one highlight, getting a handwritten note of thanks from Stan Lee on the publication of Spider-Man: The Icon would be it!
