Overview
I have twenty years' experience of editing, project-managing, and packaging books about music and popular culture, from free jazz to Star Wars and almost everything in between. Having produced books for a range of publishers in the UK and the USA, I have a wide knowledge and hands-on understanding of every stage of the publishing process, from commissioning new authors and manuscript development to art direction and beyond.
I am available to assist at every point along the way to make your book the best it can possibly be, whether it's offering structural and conceptual advice on an early draft or giving the final polish to a completed manuscript. As well as being an experienced commissioning editor, I also have a keen eye for typography and interior layout design. I offer a fuss-free bespoke packaging service, taking your project from raw text document to print-ready PDF.
