I am an MBA and a PMI-certified project manager with many years of professional experience in proofreading, editing, and translating. My expertise in culinary, food and beverage, and cookbooks also includes expertise in converting ingredient measures (metric to/from standard US measures). I work daily with The Chicago Manual of Style. I have a keen eye for detail and am a consummate professional who believes in proactive communication. I am passionate about helping authors bring their best work to the market.
In addition to food topics, I have translated several books covering fashion, architecture, and travel.
I love cooking and traveling and spend a great deal of time in France. I also teach chocolate classes and have formal training in pastry and chocolate. I have three recipes featured in award-winning baking books.
